Support from donors enables St. Vincent to continue its vital outreach services to vulnerable populations in our immediate community through programs such as:

• Free diabetes testing and education to assist in managing the disease
• Access to culturally and linguistically appropriate health information and referrals
• Assistance with enrollment in government-sponsored health benefits and social services for needy families
• Health fairs
• Free screenings for hepatitis and referral for diagnostic and treatment services
• Free mammography screenings and referral to treatment providers
• After-school academic, recreational, mentoring and cultural programs for at-risk youth
